A leading technology services firm is looking for an experienced SAP IT Service Management Officer in Singapore. This role involves overseeing service management, configuration, incident handling, and IT security compliance for key clients. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of SAP IT project management experience and strong skills in stakeholder communication and negotiation. Qualifications
- More than 3 years of SAP IT project management experience.
- At least 5 years of IT experience.
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Must be customer-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery and ensure compliance with SLA/KPI.
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose improvement solutions.
- Lead incident investigations and manage IT security compliance.
- Review IT asset inventory and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
