Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm is looking for a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, overseeing construction activities, managing design development, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Applicants should have a recognized degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in high-rise or healthcare construction projects. Knowledge in BIM and familiarity with Singapore's construction codes are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in the Singapore Construction Industry.
- Experience in high-rise commercial, mixed development, or healthcare projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Construction Industry Code of Practice.
Responsibilities
