Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is looking for an experienced professional to oversee M&E works. Responsibilities include coordination with consultants, monitoring project quality, and managing site supervision operations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in building services supervision. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

Co-ordination and supervision of M&E Works

Liaise with M&E Consultants

Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff

Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements

Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works

Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc, for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission

Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission

Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements

Project Management and sites supervision works

Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans

Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years engineering experience with Recognised Degree in relevant field, and at least 5 years of supervision experience of Building Services work in construction site for project of similar scale and complexity.
