We are seeking a part-time Researcher to support our executive search mandates. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for people and business.
Conduct candidate research, interviews, and market mapping
Prepare briefing documents, CV formatting, and PowerPoint presentations
Manage candidate scheduling and feedback coordination
Support client submissions and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records in our database
Collaborate with the team to share insights and market intelligence
Experience in professional services or executive search preferred
Strong communication and writing skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
High emotional intelligence and a collaborative attitude
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
Must have the right to work in Singapore
Part-time: 3 days/week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Flexibility to respond to evolving client needs during working hours
