We are seeking a part-time Researcher to support our executive search mandates. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for people and business.

• Conduct candidate research, interviews, and market mapping

• Prepare briefing documents, CV formatting, and PowerPoint presentations

• Manage candidate scheduling and feedback coordination

• Support client submissions and ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain accurate records in our database

• Collaborate with the team to share insights and market intelligence

• Experience in professional services or executive search preferred

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative attitude

• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

• Must have the right to work in Singapore

• Part-time: 3 days/week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

• Flexibility to respond to evolving client needs during working hours
