Job Description & Requirements
  • Flexi shift hours (min 4hrs/day).
  • Initial 6 months in office (adjustable based on progress).
  • Max 35hrs/week (per FHR guidelines).
  • 5PM - 9PM
  • $10.30-11.30/Hour
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Enquiry Handling
  • Answer inbound calls from guests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer enquiries related to orders, feedback, or promotions efficiently.
  • Guide customers through our online ordering platforms.
Order Logging & System Use
  • Use Linux-based tools (e.g., PuTTY) and internal software to track and manage guest interactions.
  • Enter orders and guest feedback accurately into the system.
Data Entry & Reporting
  • Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers.
Interdepartmental Coordination
  • Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests.
  • Liaise with relevant teams to elevate unresolved issues where necessary.
Refund & Shift Operations
  • Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines.
  • Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned.
