Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Technician located in River Valley Road. Our clients are pioneer companies that played an integral role in the country’s physical and economic transformation.

You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems. You'll conduct routine inspections of fixtures, fittings, cooling towers, and chillers, and supervise contractors during repairs and testing. Addressing fault reports, complaints, breakdowns, and customer service requests promptly is crucial. Additionally, you'll report any irregularities observed during maintenance, complete maintenance logs and schedules accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
• NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
• Good working knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems
• Able to work on rotating shift, public holidays and weekends
