Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical quality inspections and manage production progress for new units and refurbishment activities.
• Assess and report on program performance, including cost, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during program inspections.
• Define material/spares support packages and review training contents for the induction of new GSEs.
• Manage in-house technical crew for refurbishment works/support, coordinate requirements, and assist the Manager in monitoring contractors' refurbishment programs.
• Maintain proper project documentation, including material data for spares and records of quality audits and factory acceptance.
• Provide technical leadership in repairs, troubleshooting, interpretation of OEM documentation, system design, and drawings.
• Provide coaching and training to staff to elevate competencies and performance.
• Perform quality inspections for maintenance tasks to ensure correctness and standards.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in maintenance and supervision of work bays for servicing and repairs of automotive/industrial equipment and vehicles (including internal combustion and electric vehicles/equipment). Ability to identify test and support equipment and spares needed for maintenance.
• Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays when required, especially during airport emergencies or critical operations.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license is a plus.
