Responsibility:
As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the warehouse operation, quality control, and team management aspects of our wholesales and product division. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in party and decorative products, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Description:

• Cooperate and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and delivery team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to industry packaging standards.
• Research and develop with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotations, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies of products, materials, and packaging materials.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in the warehouse for all employees.
• Analyze packaging data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
• Handle heavy cargo, carrying goods roughly weighing 20KG to 25KG.
• Work on weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.
• Able to work rotating shifts (day/night) and overtime.

Working Location: Redhill.

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Strategic and critical thinking, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task, and work independently.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of people.
• Good time management skills; meticulous and mature in work attitude.
