Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore seeks a candidate for managing daily warehouse operations and coordinating closely with service providers. Responsibilities include ensuring inventory control and smooth logistics flow. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in logistics, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong English and Mandarin skills. This role offers a salary range of $2000-2500 monthly with a 1-year contract.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Logistics/Admin Operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Able to perform effectively in a high pressure and fast paced working environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with service providers and internal teams.
- Perform routine warehouse checks and submit timely reports.
Skills
Located at Tuas
Global logistics company
$2000-2500 per month + 1 month completion bonus
5.5 days work week, 9am to 6pm (Mon- Fri), 9am to 1pm (Sat)
1 Year contract (renewable)
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, space planning, and inventory control to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Coordinate closely with service providers and internal teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs, accurate weighing procedures, and operational efficiency.
- Perform routine warehouse checks, submit timely reports and support issue resolution across logistics functions.
- At least 1-2 years' of relevant work experience in Logistics/Admin Operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts)
- Able to perform effectively in a high pressure and fast paced working environment
