Job summary

- Ensure patient-friendly, safe and efficient facilities
- Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence initiatives
- Manage non-nursing frontline staff (recruitment, training, appraisal & retention)
- Support budgeting, financial targets and business planning with clinical heads
- Improve workflows and service processes across patient care journey
- Facilitate communication between management and frontline teams
- Participate in projects, committees and job rotations (after 3 years)
- Min. Degree in any discipline
- Min 3 years’ experience in healthcare (operations preferred)
- At least 2 years managing frontline staff
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
