Job Description:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst cum Software Tester, you will bridge business needs with technical implementation in an agile environment. Your dual role will focus on ensuring requirements are accurately captured and the Salesforce solution meets business expectations through rigorous testing.

Business Analysis Responsibilities:

• Advise stakeholders on the viability, feasibility, and impact of policy or business changes on the Salesforce product.

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and information needs to support Salesforce implementation.

• Create detailed functional and non-functional user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with the Product Team to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of defects aligned with specifications.

Testing Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases based on documented requirements.

• Perform various levels of testing including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.

• Conduct both manual and automated testing activities to ensure software quality.

• Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), offering guidance and capturing feedback

• Maintain clear and detailed test documentation and collaborate with development teams to track and resolve bugs.

• Ensure adherence to government security standards and compliance policies.

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in Agile roles (Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner).

• At least 3 years of software testing experience.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

• Experience in government projects is advantageous

• A Degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering is a plus.

Technical Skillset:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms.

• Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with AWS, APEX coding, and DevOps tools is advantageous.

General Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into user journeys and technical specifications.

• Proactive learner with adaptability to evolving Salesforce technologies.

• Effective collaboration within cross-functional agile teams.

• Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies is a plus.

• Proficiency in developing prototypes using mock-ups and wireframes.

• UX/UI understanding and experience is beneficial.

• Strong stakeholder communication and change management capabilities.

Security and Compliance:

• Must adhere to government security policies, best practices, and ensure compliance during all project phases.
