Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Shipping Coordinator located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client develops sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff.

  • Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers.
  • Support the sales team (Business Development Executive/Manager) in sales & marketing activities.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
  • Handle order processing and generate all relevant documents.
  • Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Pack shipments and prepare shipping documents.
  • Manage and handle LC documents for submission.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders on shipments.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams for clarification on customer specifications.
  • Update sales forecasts and prepare monthly sales reports on pending orders.
  • Maintain sales database and library.
  • Replenish stationery, staff beverages, and uniforms.
  • Assist peers in their tasks when absent (Sales and Project Coordinators).
  • Assist with travel and hotel bookings (ad-hoc).
  • Perform other administrative functions as assigned.
