4. Introduce, develop, and maintain client relationships by understanding their specific needs, goals, risk tolerance, and expectations
5. Manage all stages of the client management process
6. Support ongoing initiatives within the team
7. Generate new ideas and innovative approaches to advance the business

You will work in the Global Markets Derivatives & Solutions team in Singapore, mainly with institutional clients, providing access to derivatives solutions. The role requires strong integration into the team and the ability to support team members and meet client requirements across Global Markets Flow and Structured Equities Derivatives.

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
2. Previous sales experience with institutional clients, capable of working across Derivatives, Financing, and Cash Execution teams to deliver bespoke structured solutions
3. A strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and strategies
4. Deep knowledge of the regulatory environment and its impact on clients
5. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, with demonstrated ability to work across groups
6. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, demanding environment; innovation, client relationships, and responsiveness to market and regulatory changes are crucial
7. Eager to explore and develop new business opportunities
8. Professional with a human touch
