A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Personal Care Officer to oversee and enhance the quality of care for residents. The role involves planning care, developing activities for residents' welfare, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness. Candidates should possess a diploma in psychology or a related field and be willing to work rotating shifts. Training will be provided, and interested applicants can send their CV via WhatsApp.
Formación
- Must have a diploma in a relevant field such as psychology or social work.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Training is provided for the role.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and supervise the care of residents.
- Develop and implement programmes for residents' well-being.
- Maintain monthly interview records.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the premises.
