Site Project Admin (Woodlands) - SS10
Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Project Admin. The successful candidate will maintain project documentation, manage budgets and resources, and communicate progress with team members. Candidates should possess a diploma and ideally have 1-2 years of experience in project or site administration, with familiarity in construction-related tasks preferred. This role offers an attractive salary and a structured working hours schedule.
Qualifications
- Diploma holder with experience in project or site administration.
- 1–2 years of experience in a related role preferred.
- Familiarity with construction-related documentation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation and manage associated paperwork.
- Communicate project's progress with supervisors and teams.
- Manage the project's budget, resources, and timeline.
- Participate in project meetings and propose improvements.
- Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions.
- Plan and manage team goals and information.
Skills
Education
- Tittle: Site Project Admin
- 5.5 working days
- Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm); Saturday (9am – 1pm)
- Location: Woodlands
- $ 2400 - $ 2800
- Maintaining project documentation
- Communicating the project’s progresswith supervisors, subcontractors & site teams
- Managing the project’s budget, resources and timeline
- Participate in project design meetings / coordination and propose improvements if necessary
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
- Plan and manage team goals and new information
- Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Need to visit site when required (admin monitoring only)
- Diploma Holder
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in project admin or site admin preferred
- Experience in construction-related admin or documentation is an advantage
- Able to interpret / understand simple construction drawings and track materials
