About the Role:

This is a hybrid, full-time role in Singapore which involves providing daily bite-sized coaching and/or video therapy to the employees of one of ThoughtFull’s clients through our platform. You will also be required to provide full-day onsite support with in-person therapy on a rotating schedule in various locations around Singapore. Your main responsibilities will be to support the employees’ mental wellbeing, aligned with their needs and goals. This role will span a contractual period of one (1) year.

• Provide mental health intervention (counselling/therapy) for the employees of ThoughtFull’s client in Singapore

• Working hours: 10AM - 6PM, weekdays

• Locations (for onsite support): Jurong East, Kent Ridge, Alexandra

• Attend monthly Townhall, workshops, and supervision

• Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology

• Licensed and registered with a professional body (i.e. Singapore Association for Counselling, Singapore Psychological Society)

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Native/Proficient in English; bilingual in Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese/Malay preferred
