Job Title: (Senior) Human Resource Executive

Location: Tuas
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced (Senior) Human Resource Executive to manage and support a wide spectrum of Human Resource functions. This role will play a key part in maintaining a productive and compliant workforce, driving HR initiatives, and improving employee satisfaction and performance.

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes. Maintain applicant tracking and HR records.

  2. Payroll & HR Admin
    Handle monthly payroll, CPF/FWL submissions, claims, benefits, insurance, and employee records.

  3. Employee Lifecycle
    Manage confirmations, contract renewals, resignations, and prepare HR letters. Track attendance, leave, and overtime.

  4. Compliance & Work Passes
    Administer work pass applications and ensure HR compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.

  5. Employee Relations
    Address employee queries, support engagement and welfare activities, and assist with performance reviews.

  6. HR Projects & Reporting
    Support policy implementation, HR projects, and generate reports for audits and reviews.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience; experience in full spectrum HR is preferred

  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially

  • Able to speak, read and write Chinese professionally to communicate with Chinese associates

  • Willing to work in Tuas, company transport provided at Jurong East MRT
