About the Job:

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Trust & Safety team in APAC. In this role, you will collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing and hiring strategies with TikTok's overall people strategies. This position is key to driving the growth and safety of TikTok’s online community by attracting and hiring top talent for the Trust & Safety team.

TikTok's Trust & Safety team plays a critical role in keeping the platform safe by removing harmful content quickly and efficiently. You will be instrumental in scaling and improving the recruitment operations while ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience from application through to offer.

Responsibilities:
  • Partnership: Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies align with TikTok’s people and business strategies.
  • Sourcing & Recruiting: Discover and attract diverse talent to meet hiring goals, screening candidates for both experience and culture fit.
  • Talent Pipeline: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through to offer negotiation, ensuring efficient and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Project Support: Assist with key initiatives and projects that aim to continuously improve and scale the Trust & Safety recruitment processes.
  • Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from interviews to offer, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing candidates.
Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English (business level).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with offer negotiation.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition within the Internet & technology industry.
