Job summary

A prominent manpower agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts cum Personal Assistant to manage full sets of accounts and provide administrative support to the GM. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Accounting or Finance and 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong attention to detail and professionalism. This full-time role requires great organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in full-set accounting, preferably in trading or commodity industries.
  • Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and reconciliation.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end accounting including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliation.
  • Provide PA support to the GM, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and manage confidential matters.
