Job summary

Accounting Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and General Ledger.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and support month-end closing.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and update daily/weekly actuals.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, bank reconciliation, and audit schedules.
  • Handle GST filing and ensure timely submission to IRAS.
  • Good understanding of bank facilities, including bank guarantees, loan terms, hire purchase and mortgage loans.
  • Liaise with auditors, suppliers, customers, and external partners as required.
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing, and compliance with accounting standards.
HR Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle of recruitment: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP/SP/EP).
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and generate payslips.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and staff handbook.
  • Manage and renew company insurance policies (medical, work injury, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records, leave, attendance, and HR database.
  • Submit tax clearance (IR21) and prepare annual IR8A forms.
  • Support training, employee relations, and HR compliance matters.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR and finance tasks when required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in both HR and accounting roles.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, IRAS tax filing, payroll processes, and GST requirements.
  • Proficient in Xero accounting software and Payboy payroll system.
  • Independent, resourceful, meticulous, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
