Job summary

Job description

Working hours: 9am to 6.30pm (Yishun) or 8am to 5pm (Tanah Merah)

Monthly salary: $2500 to $3000

Duration: 1 year contract

Location: Yishun or Tanah Merah

Responsibilities and Competencies
  • Support in matters related to finance (e.g. processing invoices) and/or procurement (e.g. purchasing supplies).
  • Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
  • Take charge of food catering and ensure setup for school events.
  • Handle counter duties, attend to telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Adhoc request as assigned by reporting officers.
