JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Officer, Data Management to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work with Middle Office Operations on the opening of new accounts.
2. Be familiar with different types of accounts and requirements.
3. Maintain security and confidentiality of new accounts opened.
4. Ensure proper and accurate maintenance of client static data.
5. Conduct daily review of BWCIF client static maintenance report to track updates of client static data.
6. Create and maintain asset static data.
7. Enrich lean asset data created by Central Dealing Unit.
8. Perform daily asset price variance checks.
9. Review and update missing or stale asset prices daily.
10. Scan client account opening and periodic review documentation into ECM.
11. Safeguard client account opening and review documentation.
12. Comply with the bank's policies on documentation retention.
13. Contribute to quality assurance processes.
14. Prepare ad-hoc reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
15. Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
16. Provide proactive recommendations and solutions for problem resolution.
17. Provide job coverage for other roles within back office operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
