• Prepare sales reports on lead generation and proposals.
• Acquire knowledge of room setups and catering packages.
• Propose improvements based on banquet trends.
• Maintain up-to-date banquet reservation records.
• Collect feedback and comments from members for performance analysis.
• Handle inquiries and bookings for banquets.
• Ensure all functions are conducted as per requirements.
• Inspect function rooms before events.
• Handle complaints and report to supervisors.
• Welcome organisers and explain event proceedings.
• Propose banquet packages and menus with the chef.
• Encourage repeat business through excellent service.
• Verify billing for all functions.
• Maintain statistical performance information.
• Familiarize with club rules and advise members accordingly.
• Inform HR of staff absences.
• Assist with F&B services in assigned outlets.
• Maintain professional relations with members and guests.
• Assist with inquiries pertaining to other departments.
