The Talent Enablement (TE) manager is responsible for the training and professional development of the University’s employees. The TE manager needs to keep a strong focus not just on what the learners want and need, but also on the needs of the organisation.
The TE manager will play a critical role in the day-to-day learning activities and within the TE team. This role will require the manager to independently coordinate all TE activities, partner with internal stakeholders, regularly interact with employees and third-party training providers.
