Project Sales Director / Senior Manager (ACMV)

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Director / Senior Manager (ACMV) to lead and drive the sales of Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) solutions. This would cover multi-split systems, variable refrigerant volume/flow (VRV/VRF) systems, central cooling systems, ducting, and/or mechanical ventilation systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading sales efforts, and managing relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. The role involves overseeing sales targets, project coordination, and ensuring that ACMV projects meet client expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research, manage partnerships, and implement processes to support business development.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for ACMV solutions by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches.
  • Build strong client relationships, profile target accounts, and gather market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Study engineering drawings related to ACMV designs and perform basic engineering calculations when necessary.
  • Develop and plan work schedules, resource allocation, and manpower for ACMV projects.
  • Coordinate, liaise, and manage various project stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that in-house teams and outsourced contractors adhere to safety standards and conduct their work with proper risk assessments and safety measures.
  • Regularly follow up on the progress of projects. Prepare and submit detailed documents, proposals, and sales reports to clients and management.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, engineers, migrant workers to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of ACMV solutions, including split units, VRF/VRV, chilled water system, ducting and/or mechanical ventilation systems.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements, industry practices and codes of practice.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Experience in managing teams, sales projects, and building strong customer relationships.
