A leading global ITAD company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their APAC Value Recovery Team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of outbound sales experience in the ITAD sector, demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, and possess the ability to unify teams across regions. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in collaboration with various departments. The position involves occasional travel and offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth across APAC.
Our client is a leading global IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company, committed to sustainable technology lifecycle solutions across more than 20 countries. Their APAC operations are growing rapidly, and they are seeking a high-caliber professional who possess the capability to unite teams across countries to lead their APAC Value Recovery Team.
This role requires someone who can build bridges between departments and regions, effectively manage, coach, and develop a team, and demonstrate high levels of professionalism. Candidates should have at least
10 years of outbound sales experience in an ITAD environment, excellent product knowledge of workplace and enterprise materials, a strong industry network, and sharp negotiation skills. A deep understanding of market trends is essential and knows how to bring the team together as one.
