A leading global ITAD company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their APAC Value Recovery Team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of outbound sales experience in the ITAD sector, demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, and possess the ability to unify teams across regions. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in collaboration with various departments. The position involves occasional travel and offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth across APAC.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven outbound sales experience in ITAD.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and price variations.
  • Proven team leader with prior management skills.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

Our client is a leading global IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company, committed to sustainable technology lifecycle solutions across more than 20 countries. Their APAC operations are growing rapidly, and they are seeking a high-caliber professional who possess the capability to unite teams across countries to lead their APAC Value Recovery Team.

This role requires someone who can build bridges between departments and regions, effectively manage, coach, and develop a team, and demonstrate high levels of professionalism. Candidates should have at least
10 years of outbound sales experience in an ITAD environment, excellent product knowledge of workplace and enterprise materials, a strong industry network, and sharp negotiation skills. A deep understanding of market trends is essential and knows how to bring the team together as one.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for competitive market prices
  • Align sales strategies and teams within the APAC region
  • Align structure between countries to ensure accountability for target pricing
  • Work closely with inbound sales to win tenders, RFQs, and bids
  • Partner with Operations to drive added value to operational outputs
  • Develop additional routes to market by geo / product / channel
  • Share market insights & trends in the market

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven track record of outbound sales experience in the ITAD space
  • Strong understanding of price variations across different sales channels and regions
  • Proven team leader with prior people management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using MS office, CRM software and other sales tools
  • Fluent in English skills both verbal and written, additional languages are a plus
  • Strong communicator, able to liaise across multiple internal departments as well as confident in communicating with external stakeholders
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast paced environments and works well under pressure
  • Requires occasional travel
