Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch including overseeing staff performance and ensuring excellent customer service.
Analyze market trends and competitors' strategies to develop and implement plans to acquire new customers and increase sales through innovative marketing campaigns.
Monitor branch performance indicators such as deposits, loans, cross-selling ratios etc. and take corrective actions to achieve financial and service quality targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills with the ability to motivate a team towards goals.
