Senior Business Analyst, SAP (SD/MM/CS)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (SAP) specializing in Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Customer Service (CS) modules to join our Global Technology Operations (GTO) team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that SAP systems and integrations with external applications are optimized to meet evolving business needs. Acting as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the successful candidate will lead and support SAP initiatives, drive process enhancements, and provide cross-functional system support within a dynamic regional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SD, MM, and CS modules, ensuring stable operations, integration integrity, and alignment with business processes.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, system configuration, documentation, testing, deployment, and training for SAP-related projects and enhancements.
  • Analyze, design, and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Lead or support SAP implementation, enhancement, and integration projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Maintain functional documentation including configuration lists, functional specifications, UAT scripts, and user manuals.
  • Provide system support and issue resolution in line with defined SLAs, escalating complex issues to technical teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across sales, operations, logistics, and vendor management to ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives.
  • Enforce adherence to change management, cybersecurity, and audit compliance policies across all SAP activities.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of SAP patches, upgrades, and change requests.
  • Offer cross-functional support to other SAP domains during resource gaps, peak periods, or project surges to ensure continuity of business operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 6–8 years of hands-on SAP experience with strong configuration and process knowledge in SD, MM, and CS modules.
  • Proven track record in SAP project delivery, system enhancements, and cross-module integrations within complex business environments.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes across order management, procurement, logistics, commissions management, and after-sales service.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities across functional and technical teams.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a fast-paced organization.
  • Industry experience in security services, facilities management, or related sectors will be a plus.
