Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch including overseeing staff performance and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' strategies to develop and implement plans to acquire new customers and increase sales through innovative marketing campaigns
  • Monitor branch performance indicators such as deposits, loans, cross-selling ratios etc. and take corrective actions to achieve financial and service quality targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills with the ability to motivate a team towards goals
