Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator / Engineer to assist in project management and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering and sound mechanical knowledge. Experience in Air-Conditioning and refrigeration systems is an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $3000 to $4000.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/Chemical with sound electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Possess Class 3 License.
- Relevant experience in Air-Conditioning & refrigeration system will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist project manager in project management and sales.
- Address customer enquiries related to quotations.
- Work closely with consultants and clients on project design requirements.
- Coordinate between vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments on day-to-day site work.
- Liaise with consultants on submission works.
- Project design and update of drawings using AutoCAD 2D software.
- Attend project and client meetings to discuss progress and technical issues.

Salary Range: $3000-$4000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)
- Assist project manager in project management and sales.
- Address and understand customer enquiries related to quotations.
- Work closely with consultant and client on project design requirement.
- Co‑ordinate between vendor, subcontractor and internal department on day‑to‑day basis site work.
- Liaise with consultants on submission works.
- Project design and update of drawing using AutoCAD 2D software.
- Attend project and client meetings to discuss progress, technical issues, and project requirements.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical /Chemical With sound electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Possess Class 3 License
- Relevant experience in the Air -Conditioning & refrigeration system will be an advantage
