Job Scope
- Manage end-to-end order processing and requests from corporate customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Provide prompt support and responses to customer inquiries, including quotations, service requests, and documentation needs.
- Prepare and submit quotations and required documents through customers’ management systems.
- Proactively update customers on order progress, shipment schedules, and any changes in delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts pricing and customer-specific information.
- Coordinate closely with customers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth and on-time shipment execution.
- Prepare necessary documentation to support customers with customs or compliance-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement effective solutions.
Job Requirements
- Relevant 1–2 years of experience in customer service/ order processing/ logistics under freight forwarding is preferred
- Basic knowledge of import and export / shipping process.
- Entry level is welcome to apply; training will be provided
