Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator / Engineer to assist in project management and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering and sound mechanical knowledge. Experience in Air-Conditioning and refrigeration systems is an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $3000 to $4000.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/Chemical with sound electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Possess Class 3 License.
• Relevant experience in Air-Conditioning & refrigeration system will be an advantage.

• Assist project manager in project management and sales.

• Work closely with consultants and clients on project design requirements.
• Coordinate between vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments on day-to-day site work.
• Liaise with consultants on submission works.
• Project design and update of drawings using AutoCAD 2D software.
• Attend project and client meetings to discuss progress and technical issues.

Working Location:Woodlands Link

Salary Range: $3000-$4000

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in project management and sales.
• Address and understand customer enquiries related to quotations.
• Work closely with consultant and client on project design requirement.
• Co‑ordinate between vendor, subcontractor and internal department on day‑to‑day basis site work.
• Liaise with consultants on submission works.
• Project design and update of drawing using AutoCAD 2D software.
• Attend project and client meetings to discuss progress, technical issues, and project requirements.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical /Chemical With sound electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Possess Class 3 License
• Relevant experience in the Air -Conditioning & refrigeration system will be an advantage
