Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate for a temporary billing operations role. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing for all customer accounts while also supporting customer relations activities. The position requires a diploma in operations management or engineering, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in billing operations. Knowledge of the energy or renewable energy market is beneficial. The contract duration is 5 months, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in billing operations or relevant industries.
  • Basic understanding of the energy or renewable energy market is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Operations and Billing teams for accurate billing.
  • Calculate energy generation and Renewable Energy Certificates for invoicing.
  • Investigate billing discrepancies for a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Support ongoing customer operations activities.
  • Prepare internal and external reports for operational metrics.
  • Support digital and operational improvement initiatives.
