Job Summary:

• Working schedule: Mon-Thu (8:30 am to 6:00 pm), Fri (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

• Working location: Kent Ridge

Job Responsibilities:

• Ideate, develop and produce videos, visuals, and other multimedia content for various digital and social media channels.

• Create EDMs and graphic visuals for internal and external platforms.

• Upload content onto social media platforms and websites.

• Coordinate photo and video shoots and recce.

• Coordinate the editorial and production of publications and other printed collaterals.

• Compile and update mailing lists.

• Develop communications materials including key messages, press releases, and organise media briefings and interviews.

• Assist in the editorial and development of content for internal communications channels.

• Media monitoring and social media listening as required.

• Track budgets, monitor and record expenditure for projects.

• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree in a media-related field.

• Good writing skills for website and social media text copies, copyediting.

• Adept at managing social media platforms and WordPress.

• Able to design simple infographics or electronic mailers, or work with existing design templates.

• Competent in Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.

• The ability to handle still photography, video filming, and carry out film editing is a plus.
