A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Safety Executive to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health and at least one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include conducting EHS training, investigating incidents, and coordinating audits. This role supports maintaining a strong safety culture within the organization and requires traveling to multiple sites.
Qualifications
Min Diploma/Professional certification in Workplace Safety & Health.
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM preferred.
FSM certification and Biz Safety Level 2 are a plus.
Manage Work at Height Certificate preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

Safety Executive
Salary: $2,800-$3,800 Working Days: Mon - Friday 8.15am - 5.30pm Location: Jurong East
Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters such as PPE, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations, safety requirements.
Identify training needs, develop, and deliver EHS training to strengthen employees’ awareness of EHS on a regular basis.
Coordinate internal/external audits and maintain EHS documents for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 Certification and etc.
Ensure all EHS incidents and/or accidents are thoroughly investigated and effectively closed.
Conduct EHS induction for contractors or visitors as and when necessary.
Manage and/or provide guidance to contractors/sub-contractors in engaging their services and ensure safety rules are enforced during their course of work within the premises/sites.
Prepare and submit safety reports in accordance with site requirements and also regional reporting in monthly basis.
Establish and review risk assessments in accordance with the current Workplace Safety and Health Act’s (WSHA) requirement with stakeholder.
Conduct monthly WSH inspection with external consultant. Follow-up on the closure of inspection finding.
Analyse and provide statistic of safety gaps and ensure improvement according to Safety standard.
Maintain the Emergency Response Plan according to SCDF requirement which include Fire cert renewal, CERT teams structure.
Strengthen safety culture of our workforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
In charge of performing daily operational activities in industrial building which includes attending to operation' enquiries, needs, and complaints related to WSH inspection finding.
Ensure all Fire safety related items equipment is maintained according to regulation requirement.
Support new customer enquiries such as new warehouse set-up requirement.
Responsible in performing preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
Requirements
Min Diploma/Professional certification in Workplace Safety & Health
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM (Preferably)
