Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth of key clients by mapping stakeholders, developing account strategies, and increasing share of business through cross‑selling and upselling
  • Manage existing accounts, including preparing quotations, coordinating samples, tracking orders, resolving issues, and conducting post‑launch evaluations
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and engaging target brands, retailers, and distributors; conduct presentations and product demonstrations to convert prospects
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on cosmetic, accessory, and promotional packaging solutions, including materials, finishes, compliance standards, and merchandising
  • Collaborate with Operations and Procurement on build costs, proposals, and negotiation of commercial terms (pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment conditions)
  • Coordinate project execution ensuring smooth handover to Operations, alignment on artwork, specifications, QA, logistics, and monitoring production timelines
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update sales forecasts, track competitive intelligence, and prepare regular business reviews for strategic accounts
  • Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and sustainability standards, and adhere to internal policies on pricing, credit, and contracts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and retail launches to identify new opportunities and product development needs
