Job summary
A reputable retail brand company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure accurate inventory control. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, particularly within retail or FMCG sectors. This hands-on leadership role offers an attractive salary package, including bonuses and AWS, with opportunities to gain experience in omni-channel operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations for in-house retail brand.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 staff.
- Ensure smooth inventory management and accurate stock control.
- Support omni-channel and e-commerce warehousing operations.
- Implement warehouse procedures ensuring safety compliance.

💰 Salary: Up to $4,500 + Annual Performance Bonus + AWS
📍 Work Location: Kaki Bukit Avenue 1, Singapore 417939
🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm, Alternate Sat 9:00am–1:00pm (5.5 days/week)
- Oversee daily warehouse operations for in‑house retail brand
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of ~10 staff including drivers, admin, and warehouse assistants
- Ensure smooth inventory management and accurate stock control
- Support omni‑channel and e‑commerce warehousing operations
- Provide hands‑on support in warehouse activities when required
- Implement warehouse procedures and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
- Proven 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse operations within retail/FMCG (in‑house brand experience required; 2+ different brands preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory software (WMS, SAP, or similar)
- Work in a reputable in‑house retail brand company
- Attractive salary with bonus and AWS
- Hands‑on leadership role with opportunity to manage a full warehouse team
