What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve quality coffee (espresso, latte, cappuccino, specialty drinks)
• Calibrate and operate coffee machines and grinders
• Take orders, process payments, and engage guests warmly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to SFA standards
• Manage stock and restock ingredients
• Upsell pastries or add-ons when appropriate
• Support daily café and hotel operations
