Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and non-coffee beverages to high standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the coffee bar and equipment throughout the day
  • Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
  • Monitor inventory of beans, milk, and supplies, and restock when necessary
  • Support team members during busy periods, including basic cashiering or service help
  • Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Oversee daily store and shift operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage store opening and closing, safeguard assets, and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Support inventory control through stock estimation, usage tracking, and waste reduction.
  • Maintain product quality, visual display, and merchandising standards.
  • Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and stay informed about customer demographics and local market trends.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure consistent service and operational excellence.
Requirements
