A local beauty centre in Singapore seeks an experienced Beauty Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, handling customer appointments via Mindbody, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and service quality. Candidates should have 2–3+ years of experience in a similar environment with strong knowledge of the Mindbody software and hands-on experience with beauty techniques. The position offers a chance to lead a dedicated team in a vibrant salon atmosphere.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years experience managing a beauty parlour or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mindbody management software.
- Hands-on experience with waxing, threading, root touch-up, and henna application.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Beauty Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service at our beauty parlour.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day salon operations and staff schedules
Handle customer appointments and workflow using the Mindbody application
Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Train, supervise, and support beauty staff
Oversee inventory, supplies, and basic administration
2–3+ years experience managing a beauty parlour or similar environment
Strong knowledge of Mindbody management software
Hands‑on experience with waxing, threading, root touch‑up, and henna application
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
