As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support the company’s day-to-day financial operations.
Job Description
Prepare full set monthly management account and related schedules timely.
Handle day to day account operations and month end closing.
Assist in preparation of budget and forecast.
Preparation of quarterly GST submission and other statutory tax matters.
Prepare require monthly schedules/ reports for yearly and tax purpose.
To liaise with external auditors and tax agent for audits and tax related matters.
Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
Assist in process and system implementation when required; continue to streamline and automate tasks to ensure improvement and efficiencies.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess at least LCCI or Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
Minimum 3 years of full set experience.
Possess good knowledge in MS Office application.
Experience in using ERP would be an advantage.
Bilingual in speak in English and Mandarin to communicate with Associates who can only speak Mandarin.
Positive attitude with ability works independently, resourceful and detail oriented.
Able to commence work ASAP is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Working hours : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
