Job summary

A global oilfield services company is seeking an Accounts Assistant for their Loyang office in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable, supporting month-end closing and various financial audits. Applicants should have a diploma in Accountancy or a degree in Accounting and Finance, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal, time management, and Microsoft Office skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accountancy or fresh graduate in Degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable for local and overseas suppliers.
  • Support month-end closing related to journal entries and audit schedules.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly closing, and SOX reporting schedules.
  • Support quarterly SOX review, internal and external audits, and tax reporting.

Job description

This position is based out of our Loyang office.

Accounts Assistant is member of the finance team covering the following roles:

  • Full spectrum of Accounts Payable includes handling payment to both local and overseas suppliers
  • Support month end closing which related to Journal entries and audit schedules for month end
  • Assist on Monthly, Quarterly closing and Quarterly SOX reporting schedules
  • Support in Quarterly SOX review, Internal and External audit, Tax reporting
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy, fresh Graduate in Degree in Accounting and finance or equivalent
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience (fresh graduate with good interpersonal skill will be considered)
