Job summary

Dw Foundation is seeking a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to support project teams in maintaining a safe, compliant environment across project sites in Singapore.

You will oversee safety plans, conduct inspections, liaise with MOM, and implement risk controls to prevent incidents. The role requires hands-on field work, travel between sites, and strong communication with crews and management.

Qualifications

• Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Possess MOM-recognised WSH qualifications/certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant WSH experience in construction. Geotechnical or soil investigation exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in the implementation and maintenance of site-specific safety plans and WSH programmes.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, applicable regulations, codes of practice and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with MOM and relevant authorities on WSH matters, including notifications/registrations and compliance.
