Job summary

CS Bored Pile System in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to support project teams in maintaining a safe, compliant and healthy working environment across our construction sites.

You will implement site safety plans, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, liaise with MOM, and promote a strong safety culture while traveling between sites, with a valid MOM WSH qualification and driving licence.

Qualifications

• Registered MOM Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Possess MOM-recognised WSH qualifications/certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of WSH experience in construction; piling/ foundation is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and safety practices.
• Able to work independently and with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in implementing site safety plans and WSH programmes.
• Ensure compliance with WSH Act, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Liaise with MOM and authorities on WSH matters and registrations.
• Advise Project Managers on hazards and risk controls.
• Develop and review safe work procedures for soil investigation, piling, and construction activities.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits; identify improvements.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on injuries, incidents and losses; follow up on actions.
• Promote safety culture and support WSH initiatives; travel between sites as required.
