Job summary

CS BORED PILE SYSTEM PTE LTD is seeking a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to support project teams in maintaining a safe, compliant and healthy working environment across our sites in Singapore.

You will implement site safety plans, ensure compliance with the WSH Act, and liaise with MOM and authorities on regulatory matters. The role requires 2+ years in WSH, qualifications recognised by MOM, and willingness to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant WSH experience in construction.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and practices.
• Able to travel between project sites; Class 3 driving licence.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site-specific safety plans and WSH programmes.
• Ensure compliance with WSH Act and regulations.
• Liaise with MOM and authorities on WSH matters.
• Identify hazards and assess risks with project teams.
• Recommend risk controls to minimize hazards.
• Develop safe work procedures for soil investigation, piling, and construction.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on injuries and losses.
• Promote safety culture across project sites.
• Support safety briefings and WSH initiatives.
• Perform other WSH duties as assigned.
