Job summary

SIN KIAN WAH TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on workshop coordinator to schedule repair work, prepare quotations and orders, and liaise with mechanics. You will report on work progress to customers and help manage parts records.

The role requires Mandarin communication, independence, and a readiness to learn in a busy workshop environment. Candidates must be able to work six days a week (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm) and be within a short walk of Gul Circle MRT.

Qualifications

• Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Computer literate.
• Self-driven and willing to learn.
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Mon-Sat; 9am-6pm).
• Within 5 minutes walking distance from Gul Circle MRT Station.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of repair work for workshop.
• Preparing quotations, invoice, DOs and purchase orders.
• Reporting, recording, and liaising with mechanics on details for work done.
• Conveying progress of work done to customers.
• Checking and comparing spare parts.
• Taking photos of old and new parts for records.
• Picking parts for the workshop, if necessary.
• Coordinating repairs for vehicle breakdowns, including after-office hours.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the workshop manager.
