Job summary

Skylink Holdings Limited in Singapore is seeking an operations/administrative coordinator for the workshop. You will act as the direct contact point between workshop, customers and suppliers, coordinating with Operations and Rentals while supporting day-to-day workshop activities.

The ideal candidate communicates in English and Mandarin, has workshop exposure, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and is comfortable with data entry, ERP/CRM updates, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with China base counterpart.
• Experience in vehicle servicing workshop; accident claim knowledge is a plus.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage; standard work hours Mon-Fri and alternate Sat.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact point between workshop, customer and supplier.
• Coordinate between workshop and other departments (Operations, Rental, etc.).
• Support the workshop day-to-day operations.
• Ensure workshop operations follow SOPs closely.
• Handle customer requests and issue work orders.
• Handle customer feedback and coordination work.
• Schedule and book appointments for jobs.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails; data entry and filing.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners.
• Issue quotations, invoices and cheques; collect payments.
• Update ERP and CRM system records.
