Job summary

Sin Kian Wah Trading Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Assistant to supervise the workshop's day-to-day workflow, coordinating repairs, parts, and customer updates to maximize fleet uptime while maintaining quality standards.

You will liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers, prepare quotes and work with mechanics to track progress, with a 6-day work week from 9am to 6pm at Gul Circle. Basic computer skills required; independent and proactive learners encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of repair work for the workshop.
• Preparation of quotations, invoices, DOs, and purchase orders.
• Reporting, recording, and liaising with mechanics on details for work done.
• Conveying progress of work done to customers.
• Checking and comparing spare parts.
• Taking photos of old and new parts for records.
• Picking parts for the workshop, if necessary.
• Coordinating repairs for vehicle breakdowns, including after-office hours.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the workshop manager.

Job Description:

• Scheduling of repair work for the workshop.

• Preparation of quotations, invoices, DOs, and purchase orders.

• Reporting, recording, and liaising with mechanics on details for work done.

• Conveying progress of work done to customers.
