Job Summary

This role involves liaising between technicians, suppliers, and clients to maintain high standards of service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Workshop Operations:

  • Plan and schedule daily maintenance and repair tasks for EVs to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor workshop activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, minimizing downtime and ensuring vehicles are serviced on time.

Team Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact between workshop and customers.
  • Assign tasks to technicians based on workload and expertise.
  • Provide support and guidance to the team to resolve operational challenges.

Inventory and Supplies Management:

  • Manage inventory levels of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for EV maintenance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to order parts and ensure timely delivery.
  • Keep accurate records of stock usage and prepare reports on inventory status.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and vehicle history in the workshop management system.
  • Generate and present periodic reports on workshop performance, including productivity, costs, and downtime.
  • Track and document warranty claims and service agreements.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all workshop activities comply with local regulations and EV-specific safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Organize training sessions on EV-specific safety protocols for workshop staff.
