Mistral is seeking a proactive Workplace Operations Manager to oversee Singapore office logistics, vendor relationships, and events. You will ensure a smooth daily operation and deliver an outstanding workplace experience for all staff.

The role supports inventory, facilities coordination, employee engagement, and cross-team collaboration across APAC, while ensuring compliance with Singapore's workplace regulations and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in office management or workplace operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and ticketing systems.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary resource for employees on office-related questions.
• Coordinate with property and building management for access, repairs, deliveries.
• Manage pantry, supplies, and inventory; ensure essentials are stocked.
• Conduct daily inspections to maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Handle office repairs and maintenance requests.
• Oversee mail and package processing.
• Plan and run employee engagement events and assist Marketing with events.
• Support APAC workplace initiatives.
• Ensure Singapore MOM guidelines and safety standards are followed.
