Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks a Workplace Event Ambassador to be the first point of contact for daily event operations in client offices, coordinating with real estate, facilities, and security to manage end-to-end events, from setup to dismantling, including AV, catering, and access control.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across sites to deliver engaging employee experiences, handle space management, calendars, and communications while maintaining safety and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, facilities, or workplace operations.
• Strong operational mindset with a genuine passion for building meaningful employee experiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across email and in-person interactions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfort using CMMS platform or help desk platforms.
• A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude - thrives in fast-paced, people-first environments.
• The role may include after-hours coverage when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ownership for the overall workplace event experiences and be empowered to identify and resolve event operational issues end to end; escalated only for safety risks, major disruptions, or out-of-scope decisions.
• Manage employee event requests through client CMMS system or as advised by client stakeholders; respond to event requests and inquiries with efficiency.
• Coordinate and execute on-site and remote events: securing space, managing AV setup/takedown, greeting guests, liaising with catering/logistics; accountable for budget changes.
• Support and manage meeting rooms, all-hands spaces, and other bookable areas; troubleshoot calendar clashes.
• Maintain relationships with building management and operations teams: access control, cleaning schedules, maintenance visits, and facility needs.
• Communicate updates and announcements through client platforms or email to ensure clear visitor experience.
• Collaborate with FM, HX, and Workplace Security on initiatives, event rollouts, and employee programs.
• Conduct daily office walkthroughs to ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked event environment.
